We offer an array of yoga classes.
Our studio opens 30 minutes prior to class. We encourage students to arrive 10 minutes in advance of the posted class time. We lock the outside door at the start of class for safety, so please arrive early.
Our instructors will warmly greet you at the door and orient you to the space. We have complimentary cubbies for storing clothing, shoes, coats, etc. Upon entering the yoga studio from the reception area, please leave your worries, conversation and extra clothing outside. Enjoy some quiet time on your mat and prepare for the yoga journey ahead.
If you are planning to attend a class, click here to download our studio waiver. Print and bring with you to class or sign the online waiver during the registration process.
NOTE: if you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must sign printed copy.

Tuesday: 9am Yoga for EveryBody, 6pm Vinyasa
Wednesday: 9am Gentle Basics, 6pm Basics & Beyond (through June 7th), 6pm Yoga on the Lawn (starting June 14th, at BCCC)
Thursday: 9am Yoga for EveryBody, 6pm Class Rotation – check schedule online!
Friday: 9am Vinyasa or Hot Slow Flow (check online), 11am Gentle/Restorative
Saturday: 7:30am Hot Yoga, 9am Yoga for EveryBody, 10:45am Basics & Beyond

*Some medical conditions are affected by heat, so students with arthritis, multiple sclerosis, low back injuries, herniated discs, thyroid conditions, sleep deprivation, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, inflammatory conditions, history of heat-related illnesses or recent surgery should consult with a physician before attending.
